Basil Leaf Restaurant

Love the food and staff here. I usually order Fresh Rolls as an appetizer, they come with some of the best peanut sauce in Olympia and I use what's left over from that to pour on my order of Mom's Fried Rice with chicken. Very filling and always a good time when I come here.

I eat here often. Great service. Kind employees. Yummi food.

Excellent food and prompt service. A little hole in the wall kind of feel to the whole place. Very welcoming.

Tasty meals, we all got lunch combo meals which were enough to fill us up (I'm a heavy eater). The single staff that we saw was very friendly and patient. The food was flavorful but a bit too salty/sweet and there was more oil than needed. Great spot in the area.

Read Jake Volkmans review and about Gagged. Here we have a man allegedly that finds a hair in his food and claims Victim mentality. My oldest daughter finds a hair in her food and throws it on the floor in other restaurants and continues eating. Only thing I have to say is good job at running this restaurant and hats off to you for doing it in a super liberal-victimization mentality city. Olympia is a liberal sewer - I’ve been here since 1977. Cheers

polite service. they work hard and are working hard through the pandemic. even with some longer wait times then usual, greatly appreciated. tasty food! (one req, need more filling inside the crab rangoon. had a couple pieces with close to zero filling).

This shop has the best mom's pork fried rice in the world! And too top it off they also have the best and freshest fresh rolls I have ever had. And ive had at least a dozen from different resteraunts. The owners and employees are always very friendly fast and have never let me down after dining in and taking out for over 5 years.

Had the giant prawns and was very happy with the crispy breading. Dipping sauce was sweet and tasty. Enjoyed the waitress who was learning English. If they had a more inspired music on the speakers it would have been even more enjoyable.

I originally gave this place 5 stars, but I amended it because we had a negative experience here on our 5th visit. The food is actually good but the service varies with the server. When a hair got in our food, they didn't make it right and instead offered us more rice. That didn't sit well with us. We won't be back for a while but hope they read this and fix this issue for other patrons.
